⏱️ The Return Window
You have [30 days] from the date your item was delivered to request a return. If [30 days] have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please check this list before sending your item back:
any skincare, hair, wigs, or hair care products are final sale. Returns and refunds available upon damaged items due to delivery. Photo evidence may be required and refunds will typically be returned between 5-10 business days to the payment provided.
How to Start a Return
Email us: Send an email to Thegoddesslocation@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Review: Our team will review your request within [1–2 business days] and send you instructions on where to send your package.
Ship it back: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
📦 Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, [you/the customer] will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
Timeline: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This typically takes [5–10 business days] to show up on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately at Thegoddesslocation@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right right away by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders quickly, we can only accommodate order cancellations within [1–2 hours] of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a standard return.
